The A-Force adult program is divided into 3 groups: beginners, intermediate and advanced.
Beginners: First level and introductory. This class is white belts only and consists of warm up, self defense techniques and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals.
Intermediate: High level white belts and blue belts. These classes consists of more advanced techniques based in a systematic curriculum that require strong fundamental skills as a learning base. These classes are more focused on sport Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as students will be able to practice techniques with a cooperative partner until the movements become natural with full resistance.
Advanced: High level blue belts and above. This is the last step and the closest to achieving a black belt and becoming master of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Classes consist of advanced techniques, specific drills and sparring (in a safe and controlled environment).
