Instructors are respectful, professional, mindful of the audience and always there to provide support. It’s only been about 6 months since we’ve enrolled our 13yr old…The professors are super knowledgeable and genuinely kind to the kids and families. It is a safe and positive environment where the kids are learning how to defend themselves in a fun, fair and respectable manner. Our son loves going to classes and he is way more confident at school! We highly recommend anyone to join in The A-force family!

I love this jiu-jitsu academy. The coaches are great at teaching and always explain everything with patience. Plus, the atmosphere is super chill, the people are really friendly, and they make you feel welcome from day one. Totally recommend it!
My boys have been at this A-Force in Syosset for about a year now and they love it. The environment is warm and welcoming. All the professors and instructors are amazing! They are patient with all the kids regardless of their skill level, really care about the kids and encourage them to do their best, but also pushing them when they need to. In addition to learning techniques for self defense, fighting, etc. they are also taught discipline, respect, persistence and the list goes on. I see my boys training with A-Force for a long time coming!
My 5 year old daughter has been training with A-Force since she was 3.5. The experience has been invaluable and the lessons she’s learned and the confidence gained are priceless. All of the instructors are incredible, the amount they learn and the strength they gain in each class is amazing and my daughter can’t wait to go every day. I’ve now joined as well and my experience has been no different! Couldn’t recommend it enough.
A-force has the best professors. They are kind, patient and loves to work with kids and adults. My whole family goes to A-force and have learned so many life skills. On top of that, we've made lifelong friendships through this amazing community. Highly recommend!!
