I have been here since December 2024. Each class experience has been amazing. This gym offers the perfect learning environment with highly skilled, patient professors Thais, Boris, Manga, and Nicole, and excellent peers who teach as they roll. The comaradarie is excellent. Slowly but surely I am improving.
I have my 8 years old son attending A-Force and he loves the rolls and the friends. All the professors are great with kids. He is learning BJJ and having fun at the same time. I myself joined A-Force and I have lost weight ever since I started. It is the best 40 minutes workout. The professors truly care and the environment with everyone is very encouraging. The professors and students become the A-Force Family.

My 5 year old daughter has been training with A-Force since she was 3.5. The experience has been invaluable and the lessons she’s learned and the confidence gained are priceless. All of the instructors are incredible, the amount they learn and the strength they gain in each class is amazing and my daughter can’t wait to go every day. I’ve now joined as well and my experience has been no different! Couldn’t recommend it enough.
